Jasmine Jordan, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jasmine received her Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University with a focus on mental health and has extensive experience supporting individuals across various life stages. She completed her clinical training in an outpatient mental health program where she supported adults with severe mental health challenges and later continued her work as a Child Welfare Therapist, providing therapeutic support to children, parents, and families. These diverse experiences have shaped her empathetic, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
Jasmine is a supportive and compassionate clinician who walks alongside individuals as they process and navigate life’s challenges. She believes no one should face these challenges alone and strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where individuals can show up as their authentic selves.
With significant experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, Jasmine assists individuals in healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. She focuses on each person’s unique experiences and strengths, tailoring treatment to promote emotional healing, self-understanding, and personal growth along their healing journey.
As an integrative therapist, Jasmine incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based practices to support her clients. She is deeply committed to helping you process and heal from trauma while developing tools to keep negative thoughts from overwhelming your daily life. In each session, you will be heard, accepted, and encouraged as you work toward greater emotional well-being.
Jasmine invites you to work with her in creating an empathetic and empowering space where your personal goals can be accepted and accomplished. Her goal is to assist you in creating healthy body and mind patterns and practices, recognize your inner strengths, deepen your emotional understanding, and strengthen your ability to cope with stressful situations.
She understands that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she is here to remind you that you are far more than the challenges you face.
